Union Worx, LLC provides the software platform, hosting, payment and messaging integrations, and related technology services used to operate the Site. TEST 22 uses the Site to administer its own membership, dues, communications, dispatch, merchandise, records, and related services. Depending on the circumstances, Union Worx, LLC and TEST 22 may each process information described in this Privacy Policy for their respective roles in operating and administering the Site.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect information you provide directly through the Site, including account registration information, contact details, account credentials, phone number, home local, book number, dispatch or referral information, qualifications, designation or training records, payment-related information, communication preferences, support requests, and other information you choose to submit.
We may also collect information generated through your use of the Site, including technical and device information such as browser type, operating system, mobile device identifier, device name, push notification token, authorization status, app version, build number, and similar usage, diagnostic, and log information.
If you upload or submit files, images, forms, cards, records, or other materials through the Site, we may collect and store those materials and information derived from them as part of administering your account, dispatch, designations, dues, merchandise, support, compliance, and related services.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information collected through the Site to provide and maintain the Site, authenticate users, administer accounts, process payments, send receipts and service-related communications, deliver text and push notifications, support dispatch and referral workflows, review uploaded documents, respond to support requests, secure the Site, investigate misuse, comply with law, and improve the performance and reliability of the Site and related services.
TEST 22 does not require every visitor to provide personal information, but declining to provide requested information may limit or prevent the use of certain account, dispatch, payment, designation, communication, or support features.
DISPATCH, REFERRAL, AND ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION
If you use dispatch, referral, or out of work list features, information relevant to those workflows may be displayed or shared with TEST 22, employers, and other authorized users as necessary to administer those features. This may include your name, dispatch number, book number, home local, qualifications, ranking, or related account status information.
By using these features, you acknowledge that certain account and referral or dispatch information may be visible to all other applicants on the out of work list, including other authenticated users of the Site, when necessary for the operation of those workflows.
PAYMENTS AND BILLING INFORMATION
If you make payments through the Site, payment-related information may be processed by Union Worx, LLC and its payment service providers on behalf of TEST 22. This may include billing information, transaction details, payment status, recurring payment preferences, and stored credential information maintained by payment processors or card network updater services as described in the Terms of Service.
SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may share information as reasonably necessary with TEST 22, employers involved in dispatch or referral workflows, and third-party service providers that support Site operations. These providers may include payment processors and gateways, messaging providers, analytics providers, cloud hosting and storage providers, media delivery providers, email delivery providers, monitoring and error-reporting providers, and artificial intelligence service providers.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, investigate misuse, enforce our agreements, comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, safety, or security of users, TEST 22, Union Worx, LLC, or others.

AI-assisted outputs are intended only to support human review by Union Worx, LLC personnel and representatives of TEST 22 and are not automatically used as final decisions.
Submitted content is not used by us to train generalized AI models.
COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATION CHOICES
You may choose to receive certain communications by email, text message, push notification, or through the Site. Service-related and transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to operate the Site, administer your account, provide receipts or notices, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations. Message and data rates may apply to text messaging depending on your carrier plan.
RETENTION, DELETION, AND SECURITY
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Site and related services, maintain records, support dispatch and account administration, process payments, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the Site. We do not knowingly accept, request, or solicit information from persons who do not meet that requirement. If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a person, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
